I am an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach trained by Duke Integrative Medicine and I hold a National Board Certification credential (NBC-HWC).
I work with men and women in their 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s that have tried all the remedies and recommendations to improve their health only to be disappointed and disillusioned and it is now urgent for them to improve their health.
Finally, I have a clear path to a healthier me. I have tried so many different diets, so many of my Doctor's recommendations, so many damn tik tok videos. Finally, I have found a clear path. Dee helps educate me and allows me the flexibility to do the right thing at my own pace. I told her at our very first meeting, that one of my biggest fears in obtaining a healthier me was Failure.
